Why attend? If you have an interest in training to become a patent attorney and would like to learn about whether it is the right career for you, you may wish to attend an Open Day at our offices in London. This Open Day will have a relaxed atmosphere and will give you an insight into the daily life of a patent attorney. It will include interactive workshops to demonstrate patent drafting and prosecution and allow you plenty of opportunities to ask questions to our new trainees, qualified attorneys and partners. Who is welcome? We would ordinarily expect participants to have obtained (or expect to attain) a minimum of a 2:1 degree in one of the following disciplines: chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, physics, electronics, engineering or computer science. Please note that priority will be given to applicants who have completed their studies or are in their final year of undergraduate or post-graduate studies at university.
