Carpmaels & Ransford is pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Taylor to Senior Associate, effective from 1st January 2024.
Rachel joined Carpmaels & Ransford in 2005 before qualifying as a Chartered Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in 2009. Her diverse practice spans Engineering, Tech, Chemistry and Materials sectors, from oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant manufacture through to animal nutrition, skin care and medical devices.
Rachel has substantial experience prosecuting European patent applications, as well as working on many European oppositions and appeals across a variety of subject-matter. Alongside her European work, Rachel manages large global portfolios and has extensive prosecution experience outside Europe, including Japan, China, Brazil and the US.
