Carpmaels & Ransford announces new senior associate promotions

The promotions take effect from 1st July 2021

Carpmaels & Ransford is pleased to announce the promotion of Hazel Turner, Ben Chapman and Greg Ball to Senior Associate, effective from 1st July 2021.

Hazel has a wealth of experience handling a diverse range of chemical subject-matter which includes pharmaceuticals, industrial chemistry, and consumer chemistry.  She particularly focuses on small molecule pharmaceuticals, formulations and new solid forms, as well as dosage regimens including those for combination therapies.

Ben Chapman sits in the Engineering and Tech teams and has experience in oppositions and patent prosecution across a wide range of technologies, including optical engineering, medical devices, and display technology.

Greg’s practice covers a range of technologies in biotechnology, with a particular focus on vaccines, therapeutic antibodies and antisense RNA.  His work involves all aspects of patent prosecution at the EPO including attacking and defending patents in post-grant opposition and appeal.
