Charity of the Year 2025

Carpmaels & Ransford is proud to announce its partnership with Blood Cancer UK.

Blood Cancer UK represents a 280,000-strong community of people in this country living with or in remission from leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood cancers. The charity is currently funding £27m of research across 83 research projects in the UK.

Isobel Barry, Partner and CSR lead at Carpmaels & Ransford, said: “It’s so great to see our firm has voted Blood Cancer UK as our Charity of the Year for 2025 and we look forward to supporting both their community support and research endeavours. Healthcare is a huge focus on the firm’s day to day work, and many of our clients are doing exciting work in this area, so this is a charity very much close to our hearts.

Our annual charity partnership allows us to help make a difference and we are looking forward helping Blood Cancer UK succeed in their fundraising efforts this year.”

Carpmaels & Ransford raised £22,500 for its Charity of the Year last year.

Lydia Eddens, Regional Relationship Manager for Blood Cancer UK said:
“We’re looking forward to working with Carpmaels & Ransford to help us continue funding our life-saving blood cancer research. Blood cancer is currently the UK’s third largest cancer killer, taking away 16,000 lives away from us every year. With the help of Carpmaels & Ransford, we’ll spend every day looking for more effective treatments with less harsh side effects, getting us closer to the point where no-one dies from blood cancer or their treatment.”
