Carpmaels & Ransford promotes two new senior associates

The promotions will take effect from 1st July 2020

Carpmaels & Ransford is pleased to announce the promotion of Chloe Taylor and Fergus Tyrrell to Senior Associate, effective from 1st July 2020.

Chloe works within the firm’s Transactions team advising companies of all sizes, from start-ups to household names, on both commercial and intellectual property legal issues. Her work includes drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements and those more specifically focussed on intellectual property assets, such as manufacturing, licensing, distribution and agency arrangements, ecommerce related contracts, and intellectual property asset transfers, along with advisory services in relation to trade secrets and data protection.

Fergus is a member of the Pharmaceuticals team at Carpmaels & Ransford, and his practice focuses on small molecule therapeutics and related technologies. He has worked on a variety of patent matters in fields such as new chemical entities, polymorphs, formulations, process chemistry, and dosage regimens. He also enjoys handling SPC work, and regularly advises clients on pan-European SPC filing and prosecution strategies.
