For our industry-leading pharmaceutical clients, we have recently advised on manufacturing and supply-related transactions and template agreements, including agreements covering the supply of raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients, development services, technology transfers and contract manufacturing of APIs and finished products. We’ve drafted a set of standard supply terms for the UK affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company, and a variety of distribution agreements, including a fully funded homecare supply model, an exclusive wholesaler model, consignment stock provisions and a named patient supply programme.
