Work Highlight
We provided strategic advice to an innovative energy storage company developing cryogenic liquefaction, storage, and energy recovery systems for grid-scale applications. Our team drafted a comprehensive portfolio of 15 patent families, coordinated prosecution around the globe, and successfully defended a number of their European patents against oppositions at the EPO.
Work Highlight
We took over IP management for a startup in the field of Li-ion batteries, rapidly growing their portfolio from a single pending application to 17 patent families with grants in all the key jurisdictions. This was all done in the space of just a few years and the startup has since secured significant investment and grown to a nine-digit valuation following due diligence assessing the strengths of their IP.
Work Highlight
We have taken action vs. numerous competitor patent applications in the field of battery technology. We have filed third-party observations raising new objections missed by patent offices, resulting in significant and commercially relevant limitations being made to the claims. Our work here has been concise and cost-effective, leveraging our technical know-how and extensive experience of contentious patent matters.
