The final consolidated Rules of Procedure for the Unified Patent Court (UPC) have now been published in English, German, and French and are available on the UPC website. The new rules came into effect as of 1st September and were adopted by the UPC’s Administrative Committee on 8th July 2022.

The official consolidated version of the text was published on 29th August in English and published in French and German on 6th September.

The next development expected in establishing the UPC is the announcement of the judges appointed, which is underway and anticipated in the coming weeks.
