Carpmaels & Ransford has again been awarded UK Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year at the Managing IP EMEA Awards 2021 which were held virtually on Tuesday 30th March.

The firm was also shortlisted for European Firm of the Year (SPC/Patent Prosecution) and UK Firm of the Year for Patent Contentious (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms).

The awards recognise the firms and individuals behind the most innovative and challenging intellectual property work over the past 12 months. The independent research process involves surveys and interviews with thousands of firms, IP practitioners and clients.

The award comes after Carpmaels & Ransford was top-ranked for patent prosecution in the 2020 edition of IP Stars published by Managing IP. Eight Carpmaels & Ransford partners were recognised as IP stars, with another partner and three senior associates ranked as rising stars in the directory.
