Managing IP EMEA Awards 2024
Carpmaels & Ransford wins three awards

Carpmaels & Ransford was awarded EPO Proceedings Firm of the Year and UK Patent Disputes Firm of the Year at the Managing IP EMEA Awards held last night in London.

The firm was also recognised for its European expertise with the coveted Europe Impact Case of the Year award for the firm’s involvement in B&Bartoni v EUIPO (Case T-617/21); a significant design case that was considered by the EU General Court.

The Managing IP awards celebrate the achievements of IP practitioners and firms over the last year, covering over 50 jurisdictions worldwide.

Hugh Goodfellow, Managing Partner at Carpmaels & Ransford, comments:

“We are really very pleased to win three highly competitive awards this time around, particularly in categories in which other great firms will have been considered alongside us. Our clients continue to turn to us to support them with all their IP needs in Europe, from inception through prosecution to opposition and litigation; I think these awards are a real testament to that.”

Earlier in the year, Carpmaels & Ransford was recognised as a leading firm for both patent filing and litigation by JUVE Patent, with 14 individuals named in their 2024 rankings.
