Open days and other insights into the patent profession are notoriously difficult to obtain and therefore this is a rare opportunity to experience first-hand working within one of Europe’s leading firms of patent attorneys.
Open days are very relaxed and give you the opportunity to meet with a variety of people at different stages of their career journeys.
The programme is designed to give you a better understanding of the daily life of a patent attorney. As well as some formal presentations, it includes interactive workshops giving you the opportunity to get involved with patent drafting and prosecution.
We will finish the day with refreshments and the opportunity to chat with our people about their experiences within the profession so far.
Open days work both ways. At the same time as helping you get a better understanding of the profession and our unique approach, we are learning more about you and how well you might fit within our firm.
It’s an exciting process and we frequently discover people that we would love to share the journey with. For this reason, we give priority to open day applicants who have completed their studies or are in their final year of undergraduate or post-graduate studies at university.
