Anneli Douglas

Anneli leads the Legal Business Support teams at Carpmaels & Ransford. She provides strategic direction for the teams and service, focussing on operational excellence, efficiency and teamwork.

Before joining the firm, Anneli spent 16 years working in outsourcing firms providing services to the legal and professional services sector as a consultant and director.  Her roles were focussed on delivering service excellence within full service support teams, both onsite within firms and remote services.  She also took the lead on complex service restructuring projects.

In her spare time, Anneli enjoys walking in the countryside and swimming in the sea.  She is also a keen singer.
