Ellie Wilson

Ellie joined the Dispute Resolution team in August 2018 as a litigation paralegal. She is involved in a broad range of substantive aspects of the team’s practice, notably including complex pan-European pharmaceutical patent enforcement strategy. Ellie holds a Masters in Intellectual Property Law (LLM) from the University of Edinburgh.

Prior to joining Carpmaels & Ransford, Ellie’s professional achievements in relation to intellectual property include working in policy, teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level, and advising clients as to their financial and licensing strategy. She has also been involved in developing policy around connected and automated vehicles.

Ellie has published various pieces in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice and the IPKat blog. She has been a judge of the Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot since 2016.

Outside the office, Ellie enjoys swing dancing and gardening.
