Geoffrey Grandjean

Geoffrey joined the Dispute Resolution team as an associate at the beginning of 2026.
He qualified as a French lawyer in 2023 and, prior to joining Carpmaels & Ransford, worked at a leading French law firm, where he gained experience in patent litigation before the French courts (at both first instance and appeal), as well as before the Unified Patent Court and the EU courts.
Geoffrey has experience across a range of patent litigation matters and is also able to advise on related regulatory issues. His current practice focuses on UPC litigation.
Qualifications
- Master of Law in International and European IP Law (CEIPI, Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg, France)
- Advanced Master (LLM) in European Law (Institute for European Studies, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium)
- Admitted to the Paris Bar
- UPC Representative
