Leoni is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team, advising clients on complex patent disputes, with a particular focus on patent litigation in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. She has acted in several infringement and revocation actions, as well as in proceedings for provisional measures before the UPC and German courts (both first instance and appeal).
Prior to joining Carpmaels & Ransford in 2026, Leoni worked in the patent and life sciences department at a top-tier full-service law firm in Munich, where she advised clients in several proceedings before the UPC and German courts across a broad range of technical fields.
Leoni is German-qualified and a UPC Representative.
