Matthew Vigor

Matthew Vigor is an experienced finance leader with 30 years’ experience in the professional services sector, including roles with several global US law firms. He brings strategic insight, commercial judgement, and a collaborative approach to senior financial leadership, with a deep understanding of the financial priorities and operational dynamics of complex, partner-led businesses.

As Director of Finance, Matthew works closely with colleagues across the business to shape financial strategy, strengthen decision-making, and support sustainable, well-managed growth. Known for building trusted relationships and translating complex financial information into clear, actionable guidance, he helps teams focus on priorities, manage risk, and make confident decisions that create long-term value.

Matthew also serves as Treasurer for two local charities.

Outside work, Matthew enjoys walking and keeping active, and recently completed the Three Peaks Challenge. He is currently looking for his next challenge!
