Michele is Director of People at Carpmaels & Ransford. Collaborating with the firm’s Partners and Senior Business Leaders, her focus is leading the Human Resources function to develop strategies and solutions that provide the best environment for our people to achieve success and deliver their best work for our clients.
Michele has 20 years’ experience within the field of HR and has worked across a number of industries including professional services, financial services and retail.
In her spare time, she also supports a mental health charity as a crisis volunteer.
