Nicola Neamt

Nicola works alongside the Transactions team handling all aspects of recordal work including recording assignments, preparing official filings and applications to the UKIPO, EPO and WIPO, recording changes to applicant ownership and details and working alongside local attorneys to carry out recordals across the world.

Nicola’s educational background is in law, having graduated from Trinity College Dublin including an erasmus at UZH in Zurich. She had the opportunity to explore a variety of areas of law including intellectual property law, media law, competition policy and administrative law.

Whilst at university, Nicola was fortunate to be nominated and ultimately selected for the Pan-European Seal Programme at the EPO in Munich which deepened her understanding and interest in intellectual property law.

Alongside being film and book obsessed, Nicola spends her free time with friends – whether exploring London’s vibrant food scene, hiking or playing football.
