Susie Pugsley

Susie Pugsley is caretaking the marketing and business development team whilst Hannah Fish is on maternity leave, providing guidance and support for the firm’s business development, client relationships and strategic marketing activities.

Susie has spent the last 25 years working with law, accountancy and property firms to develop business development strategies to deliver their commercial goals.

She founded her own consultancy in 2009 and supports firms that have a gap in provision or a need for change management. She provides training and mentoring for professionals at all levels.

In her spare time Susie is raising teenage girls and Chairing the Parent Teacher Association. She is a Non-Executive Director for the Construction Product Information Code. Susie is Global Programme Lead and a board advisor for the Managing Partner Forum and the Chair of the PSM-The Professionals Consultants Club.
