Tara Andrew

Tara joined Carpmaels & Ransford as a litigation paralegal in January 2026. In her role, she is actively involved in UK and UPC litigation, assisting both solicitors and attorneys.

Prior to this, Tara worked at a full-service law firm working in copyright litigation, which gave her valuable insight into how UK litigation is conducted. She also has experience working in house for an international technology distribution company, which broadened her understanding of the industry from a business perspective.

Tara’s academic background is rooted in intellectual property, having studied it at both undergraduate and master’s levels. She particularly enjoyed the study of patents and trademarks. Tara has also successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations.

Outside of work Tara, enjoys a range of workouts and spending time with friends and family. She loves going on spa trips and beach holidays, where she relaxes with a murder mystery book.
