Thomasin Procter

Thomasin is an Associate in our Trade Marks team and is experienced in all aspects of brand protection and portfolio management. She advises clients in a wide range of industries, including entertainment, artificial intelligence and luxury goods.  She has considerable experience in contentious matters – in particular cross-opposition/cancellation proceedings – and deals regularly with the negotiation of commercial settlements.

As a languages graduate, Thomasin enjoys exercising her linguistic skills and works in French, Italian and Spanish, as well as English.

Thomasin is pleased to have joined the firm in 2018, having worked previously in leading full-service law firm and boutique trade mark practice.

Thomasin is a bookworm and enjoys travelling, especially in Europe and East Asia.
