Part of Hazel’s research was carried out within the pharmaceutical industry and her research has led to several publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Away from the office, Hazel is a mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation which is a charity which supports young people with the aim to make a practical improvement in social mobility. In her spare time, Hazel enjoys Ballroom and Latin dancing which is a hobby she takes joy in practising when holidaying on cruise ships.
