Emma Maiden

Emma joined Carpmaels & Ransford in September 2017 as a Trainee Patent Attorney. She studied Biochemistry at Exeter College, Oxford, where she gained a first class Master’s degree. During her final year of study, Emma developed a particular interest in Immunology, and received the British Society for Immunology undergraduate prize for her final exams.

After graduating in 2015, Emma spent two years in the Research and Innovation team at Cancer Research UK, working on a number of strategic projects including how CRUK could most effectively benefit patients with their IP.

Outside of work, Emma is an active member of a local church and enjoys running, cycling and cooking.
