Europe Impact Case of the Year Awards 2025
Carpmaels & Ransford received two Europe Impact Case of the Year awards at the 2025 Managing IP EMEA Awards. The firm was recognised for defending Curio Bioscience in Curio Bioscience v 10x Genomics (2024), the first case in which a UK law firm conducted UPC proceedings completely independently, and for its work representing Sanofi in Sanofi v Amgen (2024), the first ever UPC revocation decision of the Central Division UPC. Partner Cameron Marshall was also recognised as UK Patent Practitioner of the Year (Patent & Trademark Attorney Firms).

Carpmaels & Ransford LLP was awarded Patent Litigation Firm of the Year: Biologics & Biosimilars; and SPC Litigation Firm of the Year, along with two individual partner awards at the LMG Life Sciences Awards 2025 EMEA. Carpmaels & Ransford won the award for EPO Prosecution Firm of the Year at the IAM and WTR Global IP Awards 2024. The Global IP Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of law and attorney firms in litigation, prosecution, and transactional work over the past year.
Knowledge Management Award 2025
Carpmaels & Ransford won the Knowledge Management Award at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2025. The award recognises work done evolving the firm’s excellent knowledge sharing culture to create an innovative Knowledge Hub and integrated ‘Hive Mind’ Community, launched in June 2024.
