Carpmaels & Ransford was awarded UK Patent Disputes Firm of the Year and EPO Proceedings Firm of the Year at the 2024 Managing IP EMEA Awards held in London. The firm was also recognised for its European expertise with the coveted Europe Impact Case of the Year award for the firm’s involvement in B&Bartoni v EUIPO (Case T-617/21); a significant design case that was considered by the EU General Court. Carpmaels & Ransford was awarded Patent Litigation Firm of the Year for Biotech at the 2024 LMG Life Sciences EMEA Awards held in London. Jennifer Antcliff was also awarded Patent Litigator of the Year for Bitoech, having been recognised as SPC Litigator of the Year at the awards in 2023 and 2022. Carpmaels & Ransford was once again awarded SPC Litigation Firm of the Year at the 2023 LMG Life Sciences Awards EMEA. Partner Jennifer Antcliff also received SPC Litigator of the Year at the awards for a second year running. Carpmaels & Ransford was announced as the UK Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year 2023 at the annual Managing Intellectual Property Awards ceremony in London. Partner, Stephen Duffield was also recognised for the prestigious UK Practitioner of the Year award.
