Recently we have advised one of our major pharmaceutical clients on its privacy policy and opt-in language for a product website. A leading health charity sought our advice regarding its responses to data subject access requests. We’ve drafted agreements connected to the use of personal data, including data processing agreements, and advised clients on their notification and registration obligations. Another interesting recent project was advising on the data protection aspects of an online advisory board service.
