Gillian is the firm’s Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruitment for our legal professional and business services vacancies. She also manages resourcing for our annual trainee patent attorney intake, summer intern programme and open day.
Gillian is passionate about bringing great people into the firm and works to ensure Carpmaels & Ransford is seen an employer of choice.
She has extensive resourcing experience across a variety of sectors, including law, technology, engineering, financial services and consulting.
In her spare time, Gillian loves yoga, Pilates and hiking.

- MA in Sociology (University of Glasgow)
- MSc in Human Resource Management (University of Strathclyde)
