Ingrid Omli

Ingrid is an associate in our Dispute Resolution and Trade Mark teams.  Before joining Carpmaels & Ransford, Ingrid trained at a leading IP firm, gaining experience in patent and trade mark disputes, as well as transactional and brand management and portfolio management matters. Ingrid speaks fluent Mandarin and is particularly interested in Chinese trade mark law developments.  Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Ingrid spent five years working in the legal industry in China, and that work involved advising foreign clients on their IP strategies in China.

Ingrid obtained a first class honours degree in law from the University of Sheffield and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP in London.

In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys travelling, especially trips that lead to good food and the occasional cycling adventure.
