Liam Batty

Liam works in the Dispute Resolution team as a Litigation Paralegal. Liam joined the firm in the spring of 2018, as a Junior Records assistant. From his experience in the Records department, he has gained and developed a knowledge for the filing of Patents, Patent Renewals and Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC’s). Liam comes to Carpmaels & Ransford as a school leaver, finishing his education in the summer of 2017. He aspires to qualify as a Legal executive with the firm and to continue to develop his knowledge of Intellectual Property and seeks to complete the necessary qualifications to become a Solicitor in the future.

Outside of the office, Liam holds an interest in all sports but has a passion for rugby and plays at National Level 3 for his local side, Brentwood. After a once in a lifetime trip to New Zealand and Australia, Liam would now like to continue to travel in his spare time.
