Michelle Karim

Michelle joined Carpmaels in 2020 and is the firm’s Director of People. She leads the People function and is responsible for shaping and delivering the firm’s people strategy.  With a background spanning HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Recruitment, Michelle brings extensive experience gained primarily within the financial services sector.

Michelle works closely with partners and leaders across the firm to help create an environment in which people can thrive and do their best work.

Outside work, Michelle enjoys running, cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
