Michelle Karim

Michelle joined Carpmaels in 2020. She initially joined as a Senior HR Business Partner and looked after the HR Operations function as well the HR Business Partnering team. Michelle is now Head of People and is responsible for HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development and Recruitment. Michelle is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and plays an active role in this area across the firm.
Michelle has significant experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations / Shared Services and Recruitment, mainly gained within Financial Services.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys running and likes to have a half marathon to train for. She also enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her husband and young daughters.
