Saffron Goldberg
Associate
Saffron is an Associate in our Transactions team. Before joining Carpmaels & Ransford, Saffron trained at a leading international law firm and gained experience across a range of practice areas such as litigation, corporate, real estate as well as intellectual property. Saffron has experience working across both contentious and transactional intellectual property matters and is particularly interested in the consumer goods and luxury brands sectors.
Saffron advises companies on a range of commercial and IP matters, from start-ups to large tech and pharmaceutical companies, across the spectrum of IP rights. She has particular experience in IP licensing and drafting commercial agreements for IP-rich businesses, as well as being instructed by leading US law firms to conduct IP due diligence on corporate M&A transactions. Alongside her fee earning work, Saffron is a lead member of our Charities Team and organises fundraising events throughout the year in support of our nominated charity.
Outside of work, Saffron enjoys reformer Pilates, walks on Hampstead Heath and exploring the latest restaurants on London’s culinary scene.
