Stephanie is the Practice Group Business Manager and is responsible for supporting Practice Groups with delivering the firm’s strategic ambitions through Practice Group business plans. Working closely with the firm’s Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and the Practice Group Leaders, Stephanie provides a key link between the firm’s practices and firm management.
Prior to joining Carpmaels & Ransford, Stephanie worked as a management consultant where she gained extensive experience in delivering strategic and operational change across a variety of sectors.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys travelling, eating out, and home renovations.
