We are very pleased to announce that Susan Kirsch, a Partner in Carpmaels & Ransford’s Chemistry team, has been recognised in Managing Intellectual Property’s Top 250 Women in IP 2019/20.

The annual publication recognises female practitioners in private practice around the world who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year. Susan is one of 20 IP practitioners recognised in the UK.

Susan has a leading opposition and appeal practice which sees her regularly represent clients before the Opposition Divisions and Boards of Appeal in hearings at the European Patent Office. Her wide-ranging expertise includes consumer products, medical devices, food science, formulation chemistry, and fine chemicals, as well as industrial chemistry, catalysts and, polymers.
